Per RAUSI Bylaws, only active Ordinary Members and Life Members can vote at the AGM. Notice has been sent via email to all voting members.

2. Approval of 2023 AGM minutes (motion) (Annex A).
3. 2023 financial statements and Auditor’s report (Annex B).
   Motion to approve 2023 financial statements and accept auditor’s report.
4. Elect 2024 Auditor and Motion to approve.
5. Report of the President including Research and Communications Committees  (Annex C) and Motion to receive.
6. Committee reports:
   1. Governance (Annex D) and Motion to receive.
7. Results of Election of Directors (Secretary’s report provided at meeting – entered into record).
8. Consider any proposed amendments to the Bylaws.
9. Transact any special business of which notice has been given.
